love the reflex and flares bar it's the only place in plymouth you can go really let your hair down and have a god giggle, staff were excellent really upbeat fun and lively they even dance at the end of the night if you go there often enough you can pick up the moves and join in! fantastic for price and the beer tastes good!!!! always have a great night there atmosphere is great and the dj's really get into the groovieness of the place. i recommend this place to everyone you can even buy a pair of "hoff" pants or an afro wig

Total hellhole....if you are going to have a corporate nostalgia evening the least you could do is ensure that you are not constantly treading on broken glass. It is a city centre Plymouth drinking hole therefore I did expect the usual punchups and weeping girls but it really did push the envelope.

Not bad, but much better when it used to be The PR and Bruno's bar - what ever happened to the people that went to Bruno's every week..?

good music and atmosphere. love the turning dance floor and slut pole. easy access to flares for the complete retro night. decent drink prices. takes too long to get served.

reflex is a great pub,me and my mate go in there every weekend and we love it.The drinks are cheap and the bar staff are lovely!!!!

It rules, where else can you drink out of coconuts, whilst listening to The Human League, dance on a revolving dancefloor and admire the flashing pictures of Mr T hanging off the walls? NOWHERE!

its not there anymore..... now its reflex...cheese of cheese but rather groovy revolving floors and poles to dance around. No idea about prices ..i wasnt buying the drinks :-) mwahaaa

very friendly atmosphere. door men polite and bar staff lovely. good music and large dance floor. doormen are professional and curtius in situations.

Excellent Pub for the Evening, Good Music and huge dancefloor. Good drink offers and 2 big screens for football ect.
