The best pub in Banbury by far, amazing service, brilliant entertainment and the locals aint bad either. A great place to go for a cheap welcoming pint.

Recently tookover by new management, the new landlord has bee brilliant in promoting different in pub activities including, quizzes Monday and Thursdays,Family fun days,Karaoke and discos every weekend.Beer and lager at less than 2 a pint-even cheaper on Mondays! Nice food and really cheap too-makes a change from being rippe.d off as you are in alot of pubs.Try it

Soul-less and intimidating. It suits the locals down to a ground. The one occasion I braved this place was to drink John Smiths and quickly use the loo after a 10mile walk from Edgehill. The contrast in this place and The Castle in the aforementioned village could not be greater. Thankfully it serves its purpose in keeping the local constabulary amused and the surrounding demographic as drunk as lords.

This is one to pass by, unless of course you like the police, you will find them inside and out over a weekend. Its cheap and a good place to get into a fight!

This is an estate pub that would be better placed on Moss side. Full of shady undersirables & reprobate's looking for trouble or trying to sell you something that is stolen. The lounge is marginally better than the bar & a little cleaner.
Food: average 'pub grub' good value for money Decor: Dirty & old Toilets: Generally clean but rather smelly Service: If you are a local you get served first

typical estate pub,can be a bit unsettling if your face is not known, cheap food cheap beers....no real ale when ever I have been in
