This pub is an absolute dump!

Spent a few months around this part of Crawley and watched this place go further and further down the plughole. What should be a cracking community pub is often a venue for fighting dogs, alcoholic drop-outs and worse. Monday nights, there's a great Irish barmaid who is attentive to customers. Since the last couple left, there's a bloke managing it who, frankly, couldn't give a damn about his customers. He regularly allows his dog to fight with customers' dogs, and generally chooses who he will - and will not - speak to. One Saturday evening, he spent a whole hour on his phone without even pausing the conversation when pulling drinks. His attitude stinks. The place looks run down and looks like it could close any minute. I wouldn't go there again if it was the last pub on earth! Plenty of better options within walking distance (Snooty Fox for example).

new managers lets hope for some new ideas pls

This pub books local band and then the land lady fins any excuse not to pay leaving local musicians out of pocket after they have made a lot of money from them.
"The singer asked for a glass of tap water"
That was their last reason not to pay for all the sound equipement I rented, the landlady is a psycho and the pub is rough and the food smells of...

This is one of the better modern pubs with friendly staff, lots of space and regular music & quiz nights. It also boasts 3 pool tables and sports TV. I've been there a few times and have enjoyed the evening.

Good local community pub where the Landlord and Landlady are always around to welcome you which can be quite rare these days. Food good but the bar prices are a little expensive. Always busy for the Quiz Night on a Thursday.

My brother-in-law took us here for a drink on Xmas day lunchtime.
I sighed when i saw that Fullers London Pride was the only Real Ale. But i was plesently surprised, it was actually very good.
This pub is already a non-smoking pub and there is a friendly welcome.

Interesting pub. Modern, sky sports, snooker, darts etc. - everything I wouldn't normally pick for a night out at a pub. But, that said, my teenage kids love it and it's a friendly, non-smoking pub with live music (Soul Reaction were playing, who I was recommended to see), is easy to park and 5 mins from Three Bridges main line station. Beers were standard stuff, but kept well.

Spit and sawdust. Entertainment is the likes of Bernard Manning and Jim Davidson. Draw your own conclusions. Never been the same since Bowlingo disappeared.

Good lively pub with bands every weekend and DJ's and Karaoke. Good atmosphere reasonably priced drinks and right by a mainline station. Cotton Candy Killers play here a lot and they are always worth checking out (playing again on 28th Jan 06)
