Nice enough place. I was taken straight here by my excellent tour guide to let me unwind after the train journey.
Sat outside and took in the lovely view. Pint of Tribute was fine. Be sure to go right inside and look round as the hand pumps are at the far side of the bar.

It is the only pub in Hannafore "round the corner" from West Looe. Lovely position and a great view over Looe Bay towards the Rame Head. We were staying round the corner so it was a nice local. Friendly landlord who came for a chat when we first came in (I believe he used to run The Jolly Sailor in West Looe).
Doom Bar and Tom Sawyers Tipple were good beers. Tried the lasagne on the evening we ate. Large portions, tasty and good value.
Not really a "pub" pub, but a useful watering hole where you can have a pint with one of the best views to look at.

Had best Sunday Carvery for a long while here, absolutely rammed out so booking advisable. Has the best views in Looe and two stunning Bed and breakfast rooms with all glass frontage looking over Looe Bay and St Georges Island. Three real Ales when I visited Doom Bar, Courage Best and Tom Sawyers Tipple. Made very welcome.

I wasn't really expecting too much here - and I was right. Too much like a hotel - quiet and soulless. Did not stay, but wouldn't have minded trying the Tom Sawyer Ale.

Not been in for ages then went in a few weeks ago which is the first time since the Landlord/Landlady moved in from the Jolly Sailor. Not only did they look very well and were welcoming, the place looks loads better. I was on Cider that day but next time will check out the ales. You wont get a beer garden with better views in Looe! Might even check the food out next time as it looked and smelt lovely!

No real ale on our visit

Decent food, can be eaten in the bar or smart and clean resaurant. Great views, we saw a pair of dolphins performing in the bay.

We spent a week in looe and had many happy evenings here with a pint of real ale and some lovely food. The views over the bay are really nice.

Recently refurbished. Excellent as ever. Both bar and restraunt premier class. Best views in Local area. Frequented by many locals who know a good thing. Real ales include Adnams Broadside (excellent. Courage Best, Tribute and Doom

The food is to be recommended; the beers are impressive. I have spent many an afternoon sat in Tom Sawyers supping an ale, wishing it was Groundhog day. I'd have thought Pedigree would be considered a guest ale after its 250 mile hike from Burton, but if its a regular and travels any better than Mr T, then the locals are a very lucky bunch.

This is one of the premier pubs in Looe. The restraunt is 5 star. The Sunday carvery the best in the SE of Cornwall, booking a must as always over subscribed. The beer is also excellent. Selling Tribute, Courage Best and Pedigree ales plus one guest ale. The bar also does food and all food is cooked by the two resident chefs. When we visited there was live entertainment outside the pub and also on a Sunday after the carvery 2nd sitting. Both Landlady Tracey and Landlord Ken very welcoming and friendly. Very child friendly. Can not wait for next visit.

A bit of a walk from the centre but well worth it on a nice sunny day. Great views over looe estuary from this panoramic location. 3 Ales available with plenty of outside seating.
My Rating 8/10

Perfect location for a post dive drink as it is right next to the Looe Diver Centre. The food is average pub food, although I would avoid the burger. The Beer was fine as was the service.
