No real loss, one less Greed Kerching pub in the area.

Another pub bites the dust. Greene King have sold out to developers and, subject to planning permission, it will now be converted into flats

I have been drinking in this pub for years and the last couple were tenants that left and there hasn't been no temp manager in there as the couple that took over from them are still there a year later and from what i gather are there under a 9 year tenancy!
As for anyone having a record then maybe it was a chart hit because you cant get a licence for a pub if you have a criminal record.
terry the last poster probably sounds like one of the people the landlord has got rid of making this pub much improved as stated by another.

Agree with Tom. The Greene King IPA is always well kept. A much improved pub.

Beautifull large beer garden with play area for the kids and the added bonus of Green King real ales.
