Cant believe it just heard Lyd and Dave are leaving. Yet another pub bites the dust. They will be greatly missed. All the best for the future they run this pub how a pub should be run.Fennys lose

Yes agree The Red Lion is a nice little pub. Shame it doesn,t do food could make a killing.Landlord not really interested in food or his pub. Often seems very bored when i visit the pub.Still think The Butcher is the best pub in Fenny.Fenny needs the Football supporters to stop it from becomming a ghost town with more closed shops x
I have to disagree with the last interlocutor as this is not a patch on the Red Lion. Relatively unpretentious but still nothing special - I do however concede that it looks a lot better than the very iffy Swan and other Aylesbury Street pubs. As for away fans, they shouldn't even be in Milton Keynes in the first place.
Still the best pub in Fenny.Warm and friendly you wont be disapointed if you pay a visit Now showing all the football again got sky back on 6 months trial.Hope it pays for them all away supporters welcomed.

Now a regular of this Pub for 10 years, I have found it to be both comfortable in clientele and seating. This Pub has a super beer garden, a well thought out smoking area, 2-3 guest real ales, kidz friendly, 2 bars and an overall good atmosphere with punters and staff alike. Give it a whirl.
A friendly 'locals' pub, with character and lots of interesting horse brasses. Normally has 2 real ales - but on my visit only 1 was still available and was very nice. All said, a nice place to have a drink.
what a great pub.had a great saturday night their landlord played all the old seventies disco music what a laugh.
friendly pub with darts and cards often being played.beer garden child friendly with swings climbing frame etc.worth a visit
Very much a locals pub but I did have a couple of decent pints here. Without the garden it would have been a bit of an uncomfortable experience given the stares when entering this establishment. No food either which was a problem.

Visited The Bull & Butcher on 12 Aug 2008. Well kept pub with a splendid beer garden around the back. 2 real ales available - Youngs Bitter and Jennings Cumberland. I tried both and they were in good condition.
