We are regular visiters to Filey Brigg camping site. Have eaten at most pubs and resaurants, thought we'd try the Buccener, my family rated this as the best. The duck was truly the best ever, de-boned and succulent, veggy option for grandaughter and chicken with pasta for me, all enjoyed their meal. Will be going back again.

This place wasn't the hell hole i expected, although i did visit during the day. The bar staff were friendly and could actually hear me, despite the place having more TV's than Radio Rentals (am i showing my age there?)
All in all, the place after all it offered a few new beers - especially the William Youngers, but not everyone's cup of tea

One of the better Filey pubs and probably the one with most life, especialy midweek. One of the few Filey pubs with a good range of real ales and with a good reasonably priced menu in the separate restaurant. Can get a bit crowded and hectic but plenty of seats and ok to take the wife
