Large-ish place off the main street near the Victoria Street tram stop. Numerous well kept ales - been a good day for beer. They also have a pool and more unusually for these days, a snooker table. Bands on in the evening and a separate food half to it.

Quiet on the Wednesday late afternoon I visited again recently. Good pint of Gravedigger. Nice helpful older barmaid and board-games in progress.

Open, but up for sale. Has seen better times. Real ale ok at weekends when busier. Bands on a Friday.

I was expecting good things from this, given the write up in the GBG, however, it was more Spoons than the nearby Spoons. A big barn of a place with lots of handpulls, but only using 2 on our visit, both of which were dull. We were quite disappointed really and didn't hang around for long.

First visit for a while. Plenty of empty handpumps.Only one ale available - Robinson's Nosey Parker which was awful. Plenty of pub activites - snooker, pool, darts, machines etc
Has a bit of a lifeless feel to it these days

Called in on Saturday after the beer festival. This is a popular pub that seems to have benefited from the poor refurnishment of the Wyre Lounge as several of it's ex regulars were in here. Has a very badly designed bar that has wooden pillars every 4 feet or so which makes seeing what beer is on pretty difficult. Also has entertainment on, this was a 80's disco night on Saturday with several people in the bar with Keegan curly wigs on etc. Had a couple of pints of St Austell Tribute which was very good. It's not really my sort of pub this, but it does what it does very well.

Lovely friendly pub with good ale choice in excellent condition. Would have loved to have called back, but after the beer festival we were ready to go back to our caravan in Blackpool. Would call again when in the area though.

Popped into this pub whilst on a pub crawl in Fleetwood. Nice cosy atmosphere (with xmas decorations) and friendly staff. Best pub we visited in Fleetwood.
|
Nice atmosphere, attentive and friendly bar-staff. Good selection of drinks. A short walk from the great indoor market and the quayside.
|
