Went to search for this pub. Long since closed. Don't go looking for it.

Great bar, great ales. Will be back when visiting family.

A pleasant village local with an interesting selection of real ales (from East Anglian breweries "Nethergate" and "Buffys" when we visited), as well as a full range of the local Aspall's bottled ciders.

went here in search of Bartrams beers.....disappointed to find 3 of 4 pumps were Adnams, no Bartrams in sight. not particularly welcoming reception either.....we were going to eat but nothing on the menu looked really tempting. overall not impressed on this visit, but will try again sometime.

A friendly and welcoming free house pub. 3 ales on tap (Earl Soham 'Victoria', Oakham 'JHB' & Nethergate 'Suffolk County') during our visit. Two of the barrels finished during our stay but were swiftly replaced by different beers (Adnams 'Best' and Mauldons 'Ploughmans').

Went in for the first time with friends and booked a Saturday night meal.Locals were friendly and meal excellent.Bar staff friendly and our children were welcomed. The landlady even gave them some maltesers on leaving which we thought were a nice touch. The decor is dated and needs updating but otherwise a friendly local pub.

A rural gem of a pub! A freehouse with four constantly changing ales on tap always. Great atmosphere, friendly landlord and landlady and home cooked real food! Well worth a visit.
