Awful - the music is a joke and so are the clientele. The only decent night I have ever had in there was when Roy de Wired was playing....otherwise RnB fest. One word - TERRIBLE.

Lizard lounge - full of snakes and two bob millionaires, the draught is undrinkable, and the bottles warm. Dreadful even by Lace Market standards.

Used to be appallingly snobby, I once saw the Owner take charge of letting people in then start turning people away for:
"last seasons Paul Smith! ha! you're not coming in my club wearing that!"
Mind you this was a few years back (for obvious reasons I've not been back) and judging by the comments below things appear not to have changed! If you did get inside it was actually pretty decent with couple of floors playing decent music.

Things have changed. The doormen are quite pleasant. Although the drinks for a Nottingham late night venue are expensive. Big tip if you like vodka/redbull is to go up to the 3rd floor where the restaurant is as they give you enough red bull to fill your glass and not charge you for a whole can as they do on all other bars. don't touch the cider as it's really flat as they don't seem to sell much of it.

Top notch bar with 3 floors - The top floor being a decent noodle bar.
The bouncers were arses back in the day, but that may have changed by now....
