I was surprised, just popped in when in Seaford, Chatty bar staff, decent beer.

Average kind of pub. The harveys was okay.

Getting very expensive compared to other pubs close by. Noticed a few familar ex-Cinque Ports faces in the Welly using their Welly loyalty cards. I think twice about using the Cinque now.

this is the one, best in seaford

Pretty busy on a Sunday lunchtime, mainly with youngsters but had a friendly feel and three real ales as well as very competitively priced food. The TVs are still there but it still seemed to maintain some character..by the way beers were Harveys Best, Youngs Special and Hobgoblin since you asked..

Too many customers for the one new seemingly untrained bar staff, nobody getting what they ordered

Really nice comunity pub. had a good feel to it. 5 Ales, all well kept

This pub is definitely on the "up". there were five beers available on Saturday including Moorhouse's Blond Witch, a rarity in these parts. The pub was very busy as the England football match was on the TV but I was served very quickly and whilst the pub was noisy, in no way was it threatening. The pub is on the local CAMRA Ale Trail this year for the first time.

Been here once before but didn't like it as only had Harvey's Best on. Popped in again tonight as I saw they had 4 real ales available. Very busy. Lovely pint of Youngs. This place could easily grow on me. Bit of a down to earth pub; very nice.

This pub doesnt need the big TVs on the wall - big sports matches possibly excepted - as it seems to have enough of a good atmosphere of its own. I do wish publicans would realise that a good pub will stand on its own merits without the need for piped music or wall to wall TV and video. It was reasonably busy for a Tuesday lunchtime when I went in and the Harveys Best was pretty good. The staff were welcoming and the locals nodded their greeting.

Nice enough pint of Harveys served by a very pleasent barmaid. Shame about the clientle, small town, small minded.

Called when fairly quite on a sunday evening but the Harveys was ordinary (also Youngs) and the ambiance scruffy with darts on the unwatched tv.
