Apparently from the address now called the Eastbourne Cocktail Club. The name alone stopped me calling in.

Expensive and over-rated wine bar. Not particularly friendly with a limited range of refreshments.

The stairs at the front entrance to this place lead down to a large dimly lit bar with plenty of greenery, as the name would suggest. There is a standard selection of draught alongside Peroni, but unfortunately the Guinness was off, which would have been nice to know before my wifes pint had been pulled.
There is a courtyard up some steps at the rear of the building, but due to being partially covered it is a no smoking area.
I thought that this bar was a little pretentious and Im not a fan of relaxing to the hits of Kylie Minogue so I doubt that Ill return.

This used to be a really nice pub when it was managed properly. Now it has really gone down hill. Its just a pub for teenagers and the quality of the drink and food reflects that. What a shame.

THIS PLACE IS RUN BY CHAV'S AND CHAVETS FOR CHAV'S AND CHAVETS. A BIT BEHIND THE TIMES. WARM BEER. NAFF WINE. SERVICE AND FOOD BELOW PAR.

Not my cup of tea at all, but if you like loud modern music and like lager and / or alcopops, I would recommend it for you.

Not a bad little bar, although disappointing after the 9/10 review. Beer was pretty ordinary and the atmosphere was distinctly absent. Nicely done out though and friendly enough staff. Didn't try the food.

this was a great pub we stayed in Eastbourne all day we arrived for lunch which was good value and very well presented. The lunch trade was very business orientated lots of suits and gaffers. The night time was when it came to life great looking staff and a great place to start the week end..... and finish it.
