Be warned this pub closes at 10:00Pm on Sundays. I was in her recently and the Bell was Rung at 21:50. The LAndlady said they normally close at ten because it is usually quiet. A bit of flexibility would have seen her please the 25 or so customers she kicked out. If the Bar staff were unwilling to stay on, surely any busines woman would have gone behind the bar herself for the last half hour - Alas NO! Needless to say will not be going back!

I used to use this pub a few years ago (before refurb) when it was run by Clanger and Pauline. Went in on Saturday Afternoon where I was pleasenetly surprised at what had been done inside. As England were playing the place was as expected packed (however because of the noise could not hear the Large Screen TV). Only one Real Ale was on (cannot remember what) all I know it was very nice but far too strong for me. Food looked good and reasonably priced. Seems to be a bit more upmarket now and has a large range of wines. Must disagree with dmess though, THE BEE at the top end of the High Street is far better (although it does not cater for Sport Fans). Would like to go back on a quieter day and sample the food

As previousl;y mentioned re-furb looks great. Varied menu with light bites and main meals with very generous portions. Comfortable seating are attached to the main bar, heated and covered patio for outside drinking and smokers. Live football and sporting events. Friendly staff and owners make the experience that more enjoyable. Found a website which gives more details: theredlionburnham.co.uk - worth a visit to both site and pub. Best inhigh street by long way

This Pub has recently been refurbished and what a difference. The food is really good and reasonably priced, service is great too. I went to an elvis night here fairly recently and that was great fun, if there were more of those sort of events I would go more often with a group of friends.

This Pub is now closed for a Month (JULY) for Major Refurbishment. Hope it is worth it

Seems that the new owners have lost most of the trade from this once busy pub. Most regulars have dispersed around the other pubs in the High Street meaning that this once busy pub is now deader than a dodo."anonymous" (29th March) says it all.

If your looking for a quiet pub on a Friday Night come here. Last night (Good Friday)it was dead at 20:30.
I tend to agree with "Anonymous 29 March" something is wrong. It was a lot busier on a Friday Night when "Clanger" the old Landlord was in charge. Every Friday was Disco Night!
Heard they are going to turn the Car Park into a Beer Garden/Patio that OK for the summer but what you want is punters inside all the year round.

Typical Football Sports Bar Frequented by mainly Chelsea Supporters. Recently changed owners so hope that a decent real Ale is introduced, currently selling mainly lagers. Busy periods late afternoons/early eve, weekends and whenever a match is being shown. Needs a complete revamp! have to agree with Catsknob's comments as well

First visit in there on a Saturday afternoon, and although there was plently of space in the public bar, the place looked like if you didn't know how to fight, you'd be in trouble! Friendly staff - TV showing sport.
Haven't been able to gauge what the pub is like on other days/evenings.
