started using this pub about a year ago seemed ok not good but passable, since then it has gone from bad to very bad, beer prices change at the drop of a hat usually increased, food is so variable from inedible to good, that is if they are cooking or they have it which is also hit and miss, beer quality is also variable, overall not good dont know if this is typical of stonegate pubs in general or just this one, there are plenty of other pubs in the area with better standards and more sociable. I would not recomend this pub .

I started going in just to watch the football, now it is my local. always got deals on food and drink and always a good selection of ales and guest ales.

I used to like coming here for the bar billiards. Nostalgia rating 10/10.

I agree with one reviewer, if it had a complete overhaul it would look the bees knees. Currently I would avoid as there are better pubs that don't look like a OAP! Pool tables is about the only thing that keeps it alive.

not very friendly and a very very rougth pub always fights.its a place to avoid

Good for the footy in the back bar. Front bar much better if your eating as theyve made that part no smoking. Regulars a right mix of all sorts and ages but atmosphere really friendly.

Ceratinly had a "reputation" a few years ago. Much quieter now and dare I say it more "laid back". Handy for West Worthing station.

Good old fashioned working class pub. Several pool tables big screens for the footy etc. Seperate quieter bar. Locals are fairly tame, much more so than a few years ago but thats another story. Foods not bad either. If you like it a bit noisy and basic, you should like this.
