I don't think we will see this place as a pub again.

Now marked as for sale - price on application. Shame on Palmer's Brewery, as this pub has done quite good business in the past. The nearest competition is a Hungry Horse, and they aren't everyone's idea of a local pub!

Closed and boarded up. Passing by yesterday, I noticed all the signs have been removed as well. So it looks as if Yeovil has lost another pub - a shame.

New Landlord. Mr Roy Hancock. Spot on beer, kept and served well and also a real chef. Excellent food in wonderful ambiance.

i took the mrs for a valentines meal there last year. never been back for food. utter utter crap (please excuse my language). beer seemed to taste ok though.

Dave and Gill of the previous post are now replaced by Gordon and Sue. Food is averagely priced and quite good value but very pedestrian - they love their chips! Can't comment on the beer as I was on Guinness.
