Manager sacks barmaid who had a miscarriage. Not good

Agree this is very much a local pub - but if you know someone in the 'in crowd' then you can have a great night here. Looks grim from the outside - but this is truely one of the pubs that's made by the people inside. I'd go with a local (or armed guard!). If you get invited to go there - take the opportunity, I wouldn't however wander in randomly.

Went last week - two grumpy women on mobiles behind the bar - had to wait till they'd finished their conversation before I was served. Scruffy behind the bar, looks very unloved elsewhere. Avoid unless you are local.

Been in here loasds as it's my sister's local. It's a friendly, drunken, merry place, where everybody knows each other.

Old management is missed, was a nice community pub..... since new management have taken over, much younger crowd in the pub now, pool table area always busy... juke box constantly playing as people keep putting thier pounds in... is much a local pub.
the barstaff enjoy themselves 'alot alot alot alot alot'
darts board, juke box, pool table, seating, shops near by so if you have a dog fancy a sneaky pint the bush is the place to grab a cheeky one!!!!!!!! hahaha..

Typical housing estate pub, devoid of charm and character. Might see local gay radio celebrity Andy the fireman from XFM parked up in the corner enjoying a guinness.

Never been in, as it looks like too much of a scary "local" pub, but looks quiet enough and has pool table.
