Name changed to Kings Arms from 23rd November 2007 following refurbishment.

Nothing to add from my previous posting in Jan 2006 - the Youngs Ordinary was staggeringly good on Sunday lunchtime though - rather reminiscent of the old hoppy flavour you used to get when it was brewed in nearby Wandsworth. Worth popping in if in the area just to see the old tiling on the back wall

Good youngs pub with great location, well done Seb, you make this place rock.

Great atmosphere and the ale was extremely well kept. Good to see that they now have more Young's bottled beers.

Went there one saturday evening, there was live football on Sky being played to almost empty pub. For atmosphere the management seem to think it's a good idea to dim the lighting during the course of the night. Wouldn't care to go back to this place.

Used to be nice quiet (as in not noisy) place until the refurb. Prices rocketed overnight and it's become the haunt of hooray henrys and their tarts. Very noisy and unpleasant.

Previously a fine traditional pub, now has been "improved" to reflect the yuppie area. Still, it was a good pint of Youngs yesterday and there's still some splendid tiling remaining plus a large Bass mirror at the back. Lacks any real pubby atmosphere though, nevertheless. Worth visiting if in the area, but not one to linger in for a long time

Great staff and good atmosphere. Clientele a decent social mix but sometimes the crowd is a bit young. Good beer but upset to see Youngs Export has disappeared. Like the walls opening onto the street during the summer.

I came here and had a lovely pint of Youngs bitter. It really is nice to find a decent pint of youngs on a sunny afternoon. The staff were lovely and friendly and the locals chatty and full of advice on pubs in the area. Will definatly be back. Well done.

Visited on 28/4/05 and found it to be a very nice pub. Thought I'd try a pint of Kronenbourg Blanc. 4.30 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Did not have another. The crowd were friendly and from experience people tend to come here rather than go to the UGC cinema's own bar.

recently re-furbed this pub has started to regain some of its old ambience. General mix of daytime regulars, with a lively bunch of people in the evening form office/hospital workers to the upwardly mobile chelsea twenty-somethings. it is a huge footie pub pre and post match with plenty of people staying on if the match is on sky, you are lucky if you can get through the door on these days.
