Wyndham Arms, Clearwellback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
Had a couple of pints of the locally brewed (Tintern) bitter, which was very good, but the main comment is about the food. There four adults in our party, and three noisy grandchildren. Everybody enjoyed their food, and it's good to find a pub where they know how to cook carrots and broccoli properly. Not cheap, but good value.

Last week I had the best meal here that I can ever remember, of any pub or restaurant. I simply had to register here in order to record that. The low rating which other viewers gave this pub shocked me, I thought it was fabulous. Some of the reviews are quite old though. Perhaps it is a recent improvement. 10/10 from me.

Although it is a hotel & restaurant, the bar area is perfectly OK - a reasonable selection of beer at ordinary pub prices.

More of a restaurant and hotel than a pub, expensive and unfortunately not a patch on what it used to be - Shame!

Has gone through a few ownership changes.
Quite expensive by local standards, you are looking at an expensive night out.
Lovely little bar area, but if your not well dressed, give it a miss.

A pub that doubles up as a hotel, was not that impressed to be honest. Barmaid first of all short changed me by 5 then under charged me by 5, was packed and menu was nothing special. I would advise eating in the pub over the road instead.
