Closed down on the 1st Oct due to the receivers been called in. The local management had upset a few locals recently and a lot have stayed away.

The management do not seem interested in either serving visitors or keeping their cask ale in reasonable condition. short pint and only just drinkable

Big screen in bar, food a big part of the business,(50% of the pub is given over to a restaurant). Seating outside, popular with younger locals.
