This pub is now closed. It is rumoured to be opening again in the future still as a pub, but NOT a music venue.

GREAT little venue. Beer tastes like yesterdays piss, but it IS a rock venue with some fine music.
Friendly place all said and done.

The ciders is watered down. Or if not, its just really badly kept as it tastes awfule

this is the only decent rock venue i have found in my area. famous bands very often,local bands constantly.
live music 6 nights a week, varied tastes from rock,punk indie,to goth, and everything in between.
dont wear a suit, but everyone is made feelwelcome,and it has a very friendly air about the place.
2 o clock bar as well, with no entry fee.
ive needed a place like this for years!

Very dark, full of skater types. Only visit if wearing oversized trousers slung at knee height, and have large chain attaching said trousers to...something else
