Just a darker, slightly betta version of yates. People walk from lloyds to Yates where the change in lighting makes them look interesting. I thinks thats why its popular with the money grabbing female side of bexleyheath?

People you can say what u want but i drink here regulary and its a fantatic pub. Wednesday kareoke nights are great,well done dee!! and friday and saturdays wouldnt be the same without yates!! brilliant staff,cant fault any part of this yates!!

must tone down our comments as they keep getting taken off basically pub has gone right down hill since the old manager left just after xmas and never been replaced by anything of quality, only staff left before xmas worth there salt, so big up Lyndsay, the Vicky's (Both of you) Andy and Chris, your all great will be a sad day when you all go. Once again BRING BACK JAMIE it's a much better night than lloyds across the road

Now they've reopened the top bar, Yates is great. I went out on Christmas Eve and it was a fiver to get in, it was definatly worth it. The music is great with a DJ that is a great laugh, the bar staff are friendly and polite and even when the place was packed they still managed to serve me quickly and efficently. The new manager has turned the once okish yates into a top night out. In my personal opinion you should definatly go there for a big night out on either a wednesday, friday or saturday.
Great bar, Great Staff, Great Night.

yates is a proper laugh on a wednesday, dont go there any other day cos its rubbish. You wont get served, and the upstairs is now closed.

I went to Yates on Friday night and it was not all that. They need to put better music on all night not just at the end. Also why do we have to be kicked out at 11:00 and all the other pubs are open later than that? Also there was neary a big fight that kicked off and where was the police? They arrived after it all happened. I think they need to sort out the place and then i might just go there again.

wednesday nite karaoke is by far the best nite in yates, its like it used to be on a friday before lloyds opened. these days though only the people that can't get into lloyds go yates so its full of youths allthough the bouncers are lovely no attitude and always polite.

Yates is an awful place. Just a large, sterile drinking den with no atmosphere worth mentioning. The food is mediocre at best and the bar staff make you feel like you should be priveleged your getting served by them. The clientele are the type that wouldn't know a decent pub if it came up and poked them in the eye. One good point is that places like this attract the scum and keep them out of the decent pubs in the area.

Went Yates last night, (wednesday). Karaoke was good, all the people (whilst i was there)where quite decent, nice deco, but the beer tastes like dish water.

This place is much better since it got refurbished - excellent food if you want to go in the afternoons as well.
Wed night was always the best, but can get some idiots in there at weekends. Now they've brought Karaoke back Wed nights should be ace.

Yates is the bollocks mate!!! You can't go wrong! Me and the lads always pay it a vist on a Friday night... Absolutely pucker! Theres birds for everyone in that place, drinks are cheap and chearful aswell (especially the nelsons)! 10/10!

yates is the nuts!!! I've been away all summer in the states and the only thing from home i missed was my weekends at yates (and then on to somewhere else of course!!) the place its crazy the birds are hot, its cheapish and a wicked night out with the lads karooke night is a seen too.

Its the b*ll*cks!! Quality nite out, plenty of birds and a good laugh woth a bunch of mates. The people who slag it off are geeks who cant pull birds, go with boring or no mates and leave only coz there fiver limit has been used up! if your a rich, fit little bird, get ur arse down there!
