best place in town, staff are nice, and if ya ask for a cocktail they know how to pour it!

last time i was there was a bit roudy, but i hear it's good most of the time.

Owtback, what a place. Cannot get enough of this pub whenever I am in Pompey, love the beer and met some genuinely nice people here over the years! Aslo great selection of bottled ozzie largers, magic!

Try playing Giant Jenga after several bottles of Australian Lager! great place, very rustic and not sure how far it is from Sydney Australia, but there was a sign hanging somewhere! Brilliant, Table football, friendly staff... you can have a good time here!

Great Pub, big improvement on the previous establishment to occupy this building !!
Excellent crowd in there most weekends, especially during the rugby season. A must for anyone wishing to avoid dog shite aussie bars like walkabout, which is chocka with orrible little pompey pikeys!!! reeet mush !

Surprisingly enough it's an Aussie theme bar!! Great environment, not too big so it's friendly. Very strong rugby following.
