Thought it was OK - compared to the Cricketers I'd been to earlier - had a Titanic Ale on and a couple of others - seemed an upbeat kinda place.

waited at the bar 5 minutes until the barmaid arrived, took her another 5 to log on to the till! no wonder the pub was nearly empty at 2 pm midweek. This used to be a clean, popular pub, seems to have been neglected.

Good pub! Some excellent nights to be had there, Uprock and others, resident DJ Ed doing well and Ady's a top bloke. Good bar staff, calm atmosphere (if it's not a football night), great sports place. Big screen, loads of little screens so you can see the games if you want to. Good beer garden!
Recommended!!

Good pub, a bit local but still a good laugh, me and the lasd go in there on a Saturday to meet for our first few beers. Good atmosphere, music is pretty mainstream but there's good overall sports coverage and a good landlord.
Worth checking out.

Changed out of all recognition in the last few years. Just not my sort of place anymore. No doubt it will do weel with its new clientele, but not me.

Only G/K beer available and a large selection of fizz keg beers if you like that sort of thing.
Large screen was available to watch the cricket hence being taken there by work mates.

Full of idiots and rubbish atmosphere

Sports bar. Lager, no atmosphere. Good if you support a team that gets TV coverage.
