Still now branded as a Slug And Lettuce. Lack of beer issues continued until they recently admitted defeat and now only sell lager.

Sun was out so we thought we'd have a beer in the garden at Bromsgroves Slug and Lettuce. All three real ales were off, as was the John Smiths. The bar staff were surpised to find this out and didn't seem to know why. **** up in a brewery comes to mind.

Now a Slug and Lettuce, not that anybody cares, the place is usually empty and devoid of any atmosphere what-so-ever.

Called in on a Tuesday night and the place was completly empty, with no aptmoshphere and it was freezing to boot. no wonder it was empty.

As stated now called the Slug and Lettuce. Popular in the day time with mums with prams. Been in three times this winter and its been freezing in there every time. If you are going to charge over the odds for a beer then how about some comfortable seating and central heating?
|
Typical chain pub. Not much soul but the staff are freindly and the foods decent. Never much choice on the real ale front, if any, and weekend nights there are best avoided.

About to become a Slug and Lettuce establishment.

Better atmosphere can be found in Argos as well as more intelligent conversation with a breville toaster on page 457 of the catalogue. If you want to park up your badly customised Vauxhaul Corsa in the nearby carpark and talk about tagging this could be the place for you.

a nice place to go (But) with my family we ordered 4 meals, two of them were brought out frozen!and the real ale is not meant to taste like that . nice atmosphere but stick to the lager xx

At night, it's the only place to be for under 30s. Everone else steer clear.
Reasonable food and atmos during the day for the rest of us though.
