Like being back in 1985, friendly enough staff, standard beer selection, nuff said.

3 handpumps but nothing on them sadly, very cheap food menu, was very busy for a thursday lunchtime which was pleasant to see in the current climate, 5/10

Among the pubs in Erdington this is a bit rough, but no where nearer the roughest (try thr Roebuck for that).
The drinks are fine(ish) but the place could do with a bit of a scrub and polish. Customers vary from the half pint sipping pensioner to the pint swilling women who carry their tattoos with pride.

Good place for a quite drink, real ale, my father used to chill out a bit in here.

I use this pub every Friday night, staff are friendly and it is a good place to relax after a long week at work.
