Again Eye - why repeat what has been said already?
You seem to like saying what has been said before - about several closed pubs!

Now Closed.

The most outrageous beer prices in town! Outrageous.
Bland n Dull.
Pretty boring got 2 be said.
Does special offers on Stella & Becks between 4 and 7 in evenings.
Slightly down and out resteurant at the moment and the meals here are pretty basic, there is some two for the price of one meals going on i think, but dont come here for the beer as its rubbish and over priced.
The price of drinks here does begger belief - even for a restaurant. 4.25 for a Hoegaarden. Recently ate out here - while the food was ok it was hardly home-cooked skillfully. Nice enough staff so I wish them good luck in the future, but I don't think I shall return.
Not a pub but I have eaten here. Found the food to be ready prepared as I think I have said in the past. Personally the prices of beer are truely shocking. Unless I am very much mistaken a Hoegaarden was a staggering 3.90 a pint. Why bother when you can get a four pack from the off-licence? Dead atmosphere.

Nothing interesting about this place at all. Feels like it has had no atmosphere for years and years. I'll buy the Ford Focus please. Almost as cheap as the beer here.
Interesting to hear this used to be a car showroom, as it feels like an airport lounge. In a place no one flies to, or ever leaves. How does a place that's always so empty stay open? I've been waiting for it to shut down and re-open as something decent for 2 years. And owners - please note: the chairs are dirty and need replacing; when you do, don't get the same horrible blue. It clashes with the rest of the furniture. Gave it another try this evening out of Christmas charity - and spent 10 minutes waiting for the lone bar-girl to try to change the Leffe. She couldn't. We left.

Visited on Saturday. Very empty for a Saturday lunchtime. Not sure what puts people off. Perhaps it is the long wait to be served a fairly basic meal. Having said that the food was pretty good here. I would not come here for a beer though. A 330ml bottle of Duvel shall set you back an astonishing 4.35 while a pint of Hoegaarden is a mere 3.90. I suppose there is at least a Becks vier for 3.10
Really its a restaurant but you can go there for just a drink. Hideously over-priced and something of a place which attracts arrogant businessmen. Maybe I just had a bad visit, but only 2/10 left from me.
This used to be a car showroom years ago.It still feels that way now.
Not a very nice atmosphere. Pretty cold.
Quite pricey for a place to eat to be honest, not very brilliant really. Only worthy of a 3 out of 10 at the most. Would not come here regularly it has to be said.
Can be quite empty on a week night, but you may still have to wait a while for the service. Even so, quite a relaxted feel to this establishment, though pricey is worth a visit every now and then
Not bad for a post work drink but I wouldn't be going there socially with my friends for either food or drink
The Word expensive comes to mind. Food takes along time to arrive as well, not tempted to go back there unless it has improved a lot
Nice place, could do with a few more barstaff to deal with early evening rush, but all in all a reliable place to go and chill with some great food and an ice cold beer. Reccomended.
Bar is a pricey hangout for Guildford wannabe yuppies.
Restaurant good but not cheap either.
