Cracking pub.One of only 3 left ojn the high rd that still have locals and doesn't totally rely on the Match day crowd(other 2 being the Coach & Horses and The Vic) Governer is a decent bloke as well.Brilliant before and after a game

Great football fan boozer, loads of scarfs from all different clubs up the walls. Good jukebox if I remember rightly. Not sure I'd go on a matchday (especially as an away fan) but have popped in while passing through the area and liked it very much.

The best Spurs pub on matchday, always singing, packed but it's not hard to get to the bar as the staff are always going full pelt.

second to the Bill Nic for atmosphere on matchday. Always taken a while to get to the front of the bar though due to it being rammed

I visited the pub at the end of a matchday, about six hours after the final whistle. It was dingy, dark, damp and cold, and on top of this the floor was sticky. The guvnor was cheery but the other staff were either surly or scary or a combination of the two (scurly, maybe?). The walls are festooned with old football programmes and other clubs' scarves, but this didn't make up for thefact that plastic glasses were still being used well after the game had ended and most fans had left. Even this, on top of all the above, would be forgivable if a pint didn't cost 3. THREE QUID FOR A PINT IN ONE OF THE ROUGHEST PARTS OF LONDON. I'd just about understand it in the West End! The place stinks, in every respect. Avoid

It is what it is, a tottenham high road pub, although god knows there's few enough of those these days. Guvnor is a sound bloke that handles a match day crowd with admirable northern Irish stoicism. Ok, the gilpins might be (slightly) cheaper but this is the place to be for a pre and/or post match pint...

Greta pub, during the week as well as match days. Guvnor decent fella as his mrs.Worth a visit if your passing Along with the Coach and Horses, probably the best two pubs along the high rd

This is the only pub to be on a match day! The owner and staff are second to none and that beer garden even in the winter is the nutts, perhaps investing in heaters for out there will be next up as it gets so packed inside in the winter on a match day, well it gets packed full stop. A great atmostphere and friendly staff make this the place to be.

Decent pub.Decent guvnor.Guinnesss excellent. Got football shirts from all over the country on the walls except Arsenal and celtic....Quality!!!!

Well positioned on the High Rd, good choice of beers, friendly staff. Lots of Spurs history on the walls, if that's of interest. Clean facilities. Mad on a home matchday, at other times a good spot for a quiet refreshing drink.

Think flamejob is talking about a different pub as this one is on Tottenham High Street. Although tatty, grubby flea pit on Tottenham High Road seems remarkably apt. On matchdays it's full of the kind of annoying fans that sing their heads off in the pub and then shut up once inside the ground, or worse the kind of plum who shows up to a pub near the ground on matchdays in a football shirt, sings songs at the top of his voice but stays in the pub instead of going to the game. Seats ripped from the old stands make a nice feature for Spurs fans (like myself for my sins!) but really not a very nice place at all.
