Food awful: too salty, dry meat. Slow service too.
Might be a reasonable place to drink, but don't eat here.

Also if you want sky sports head up the road to the black bull.

This place is crap, it's going for the upmarket bar look whilst trying to offer a cheap food menu, the two strategies don't really work.....and please don't eat here it's awful!! Also too many eastern europeans again, they seem to ovetake the place these days.

Nice enough, but too stuck up its own bottom for the locals though, is a very suits kinda place.

Very expensive with a chavvy, almost violent atmosphere. It is horrible. But it is about the only place in Stratford with sky sports.
|
very expensive for run of the mill beer and food, atmosphere only there for a few hours on a fri but quiet rest of the week much nicer back street boozers just a short walk away.

Good for the football, only pub around with sky..
|
its a very nice bar indeed, relaxed but very busy with city peeps on a friday night. good happy hour choices too. i like the outdoor tables along the back door.
i agree the bar staff look like the want to kill themselves. Whats with the greasy chunk of bacon for a doorman? with a slick hair cut that went out style in Romania in 1982..

The cheapest prices around.Newly decorated and comfortable, lovely toilets.Reasonable mix of clientle, discreet background music.Only bad point-dreadfully slow and disinterested bar staff-they give the impression they're doing community service-they should employ some East Europeans,at least they want the jobs.
