We thought of trying the seabirds after ,it has been shut for a long time ,without being rude if they don,t get a new chef ,they will shut again food total waste of money.Manager in need of training ,in the art of looking after customers.We use brid eating places alot the seabirds we will not be using again,word will soon get around how bad it is.(and once again it will shut)please take heed give us a decent food and you will soon be busy.

i have been going there now for the last 4 weeks with my family about 2 times a week and i can honestly say we have had beautiful food every time we have been. it is traditional pub fayre served quickly and at the highest quality.
The landlord Pete and all the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. i would thourghly recommend this great family pub to anyone.
there is also a fantastic beer garden which can be used for barbcues and parties. great value for money pub.

Peter is the new Landlord and his staff are very welcoming. Although the pub has been closed for nearly a year Peter is trying hard to build up a friendly welcoming pub.
There is a Quiz & Bingo night every Sunday
Kareoke every Saturday Night
They have jazz nights
Food is served each day, a nice meal for a reasonable price.
They cater for private parties,
Come and give the Seabirds a try !

Very poor, paid �50 for a family meal [2 adults 2 kids], had to wait well over an hour despite complaints, two families that followed us in left after 40 minutes when they were told "sorry we have run out of what you ordered". At no point did the manager come and talk to me or apologise for the delay. Not offered a discount or free drink by way of an apology for extrememly poor service. Sign says "during busy periods expect delays of up to 25 minutes". We waited 75 minutes, plus my steak was not cooked as requested. Won't be going there again!! Waste of time and money!!
