IMHO Jersey is a terrible place for real ale and this pub did nothing to help the situation. A cloudy pint of Skinners Betty Stoggs to start with and then a similar pint of Ringwood This pub could be great, with terriffic views of the harbour but the beer is terrible.

This place has wonderful views over the harbour at St Aubin. We chose to sit on the front patio, where the sun was setting on our first day exploring Jersey's pubs. Skinners Betty Stoggs & Theakston Best were the beers. Stowford Press was the cider. It seemed to be fairly popular with a younger crowd. The pub is nothing special. But the location makes up for it.

Usually pop in here for at least one beer when we visit the village (the pub is in St.Aubins). Skinners beer on this visit - OK but I've had better elsewhere. Food is available in the restaurant or as a meal/snack in the pub or on the patio. Very popular as you might expect from its character and situation. We have had issues with slow service at busy times but if you are not in a mad rush and it's a nice day, then just enjoy the place.

The Granite Bar is adequate rather than outstanding. The position is indeed good, but the facilities and all else are rather ordinary. Courage Directors on handpump as the only real ale for my visit. The kind of place that gets plenty of tourist custom and doesn't feel the need to try too hard for either its locals or for the more discerning visitor

VERY POPULAR POSITION ON THE FRONT OF ST AUBINS BAY FOOD FIRST CLASS WATCH OUT FOR THE WASPS IF EATING OUTSIDE AS THEY DO SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM STAFF VERY BUSY AND FREINDLY GOOD SELECTION OF LOCAL ALES

Frequented by tourists as it featured in the Hit Series "Bergerac" as Lil's place. Nice location though.

Fantastic setting - although, like most bars in Jersey, strangely expensive considering the low duty on alcohol on the Island
