Been sold and being taken over by the owners of the Kilburn Ironworks.

Everyone in the area should try it once. But probably only once! Can't beat the description "foul and all the more hilarious for it. Never been anywhere quite like it". Sums it up perfectly.

Went for the first time last night, Friday. It was empty. Not a Real Ale pub by any stretch of the imagination and it is small. A unique place though, and it has a certain charm and character that means I will be going back. Loved it. No pretense here. Wysiwyg.

This place reminds me of Dick Emery - it's awful but I like it.

Yeah, i've started drinking there recently. Nice place. Nice people, nice beer. The toilets are rather shocking. Worth a visit for a late night booze up.

There monthly Bohemian Voices night downstairs usually has a spectacular line-up of unmissable acts. When I say unmissable, I really mean it. OK?

A message to ron_devous: Thanks, yes, I go to the toilet down there.

A message to Lyncroft: Have you been downstairs? If not I suggest you do to get a different perspective.
Anonymous: Yes, indeed shocking.

Only tend to go there on a Sat night. Attracts the slightly older person. Like it because it's not too noisy, can usually get a seat and because of it's opening hours you can have a few pints later than normal. If you get there after 10ish Gordon will probably charge you a fiver entrance.
Has a pump with Oranjeboom on it but I reckon it's carling or some other non premium lager.
