Staff don't look too thrilled to be working here so not very welcoming. Other than that, nice food!

Beers on were Butcombe, Dartmoor and Tribute, with not a great deal of quality. Pretty basic boozer in Somerton, was one of the busier pubs in these dark cold depths of January. The menu looks OK if a bit uninspiring, if you like puddings you got a freee one with each main course. Average.

Called in on Sunday lunchtime - quick service of an excellent roast lamb lunch with fresh vegeatables at a very reasonable price. Nice pint of Old Speckled Hen. A good pub to visit if you're in or around Somerton.

Quite a comfortable pub for a small town - at least it's clean and offers a warm welcome. Ales are nothing special and the menu is just ordinary pub grub.
