Friendly welcome and service. Strong emphasis on food, which was excellent and imaginative. Cask ales available and on good form on my visit - I enjoyed a pint of Acorn Blonde. 7/10.

Nice pub, good real ales, and a friendly atmosphere, didnt have anything to eat but lots of food served and looked good.

Visited here with friends about three times over the last four months. In my opinion, skip the over-rated Three Fishes and try here and the Red Pump Inn just up the road, they are miles better. Good beer garden and selection of ales. Friendly staff and dog friendly!

Good food (and lots of it - so make sure you arrive hungry!) some well kept ales and very friendly staff. Definitely the destination of choice when compared with some of the nearby competition.

Sorry to ask but does the Aspinall Arms actually have a coat of arms. William Aspinall married my great grandfather's sister

Smashing place. Outstanding real ales - Dave ensures that these are constantly changing and are bright and cool. A lot come from Skipton Brewery. The food is also very good indeed, and the service quick and friendly. The garden overlooks the Ribble and there's a separate play area for kids.
Not to be missed.
