This pub has a new Team which has picked it and have made it a great local community pub...

As of November 2012, under new management -Brian & Jane. London Pride was excellent quality and the bar staff were friendly. Had a band on when I visited (The Cobbles) who were superb.

What has happened to this pub !!!! Can Fullers get a Team in here and give it to a Team that wants to make it a success ! Can someone tell me how any Pub opens at 4 pm and closes at 1900 hours and think it is going to survive !
Fullers ,please get a grip of this pub and do the right thing for the sake of all the patrons who still want to drink in your establishment !
God bless you Bazz, you have been crapped on ! You do not deserve to be treated in this way !
You will be a successbut not under the current management

A welcoming backstreet boozer which has improved tremendously since being taken over by Clive and Popsy. Well kept ales and a large kid friendly garden help to make this the best pub in Aldershot by far

Fullers Pub in a residential area of Aldershot with a friendly clientel. Interior has lots of sporting trophies and photos. Other things include digital jukebox, beer garden and large TV showing SKY and ESPN. They also do the occaissional entertainment and karaoke evenings too.
On my visit I tried a pint of Seafarers (3.40) that was nicely kept but didn't try the other ale on offer which was London Pride. Overall, it's not a bad pub and seems fairly popular with the local community though I prefer other pubs in Aldershot.
7/10.

Couldn`t agree more with quinboy, I`ve been using this pub for 20 years and love everything about it. Very friendly atmosphere, great live bands, popsy, clive and tyler always make you feel welcome. In my opinion this is still the best pub in Aldershot by far and long may it continue!!!

Isn`t it a shame ,comments have to be personal about Lanlords and landladies of establishments ! who obviously have hidden agendas against this Great Pub! The pub dog `Tyler` is not offensive or large and is a part of the good pub ! And yes he is not perfect but maybe dislikes Prison Tags on legs ! Who wouldn`t !! Karaoke is what the `STAFF` do well, keep your spellchecker on Jayt1983 ! Knowledge is power or so they say ! 3to 4 great live bands a month all free ! Plus a great Hypnotist ! What more can be said !! Still the best and only `Cellar Masterman` Pub in Aldershot !
If you like Creche`s go to the Crimea !!
We have 12 pubs a week closing ! But hopefully the STAFF and Tyler will stay alive for along time !! God Bless!!!

Having read the comment's on this pub i couldn't disagree more. I have drank in this pub 3-4 times in the afternoon with my family and friends due to the bouncy castle which the kids love. I'm sorry to say this is the only thing the pub has going for it. the beer is over priced 3.40 a pint, the local's are not too welcome to " outsider's". The bar staff (owners) are to busy doing there own thing you'll wait 5 minuites to be served. To top that all of you'll have to contend with a great big boxer dog who has the run of the pub "i left with slobber all down my leg". My children were petrified of it and after asking twice i was told "the dog is fine with kids" hence why they would not remove the dog. If your in this area i'd highly reccomend The Crimea just down the hill (2 mins away) the food is second to none, beer's cheaper and better, huge beer garden, very warm welcome by the staff and no slobbering dog's. Oh and to top that off they have a brilliant kareoke on friday night hosted by profestional's not like the royal staff who's put on by the old landlady (who's the only singer). Hope you take my advice and avoid this place and not listen to the other reviews which are oviously written by the local's.. Was a great place when John Kenny had this pub what a shame it's gone so down hill

This once smart Fullers pub is now rather disappointing. London Pride available at 2.90 for a short measured pint. The landlord and bar staff were flaunting the law and smoking at the bar.
|
This pub in an estate and as you approach you think not to prepossessing, but you would be wrong. It has a really well kept interior predominatley in wood and the garden is inviting to smokers and non. The landlord and wife friendly and willing to chat, similarly as a stranger I found the few regulars friendly as well this was about 6pm in the evening. The london pride was excellent the landlord realy knows how to look after it. This pub a good place for a small group of mates loking for a pint in Aldershot.

Handy pub for the football ground, and best one in the area by far. Friendly, welcoming; cool on a warm night. Nice pint of London Pride.
