Wiltshire Yeoman, Trowbridgeback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
Recently under new management I believe. A good no-nonsense pub with a good garden and reasonably priced pub grub in a pleasant atmosphere. Not a massive choice of ale but all in good order.

This pub has recently changed hands and has taken a turn for the worse. Although the majority of the staff are extremely friendly its let down by the harsh rude manner of the manager. It attracts the wrong clientel and our visit was extremely intimidating. Young youths dropping their trousers in the eating area and others helping themselves to drink behind the uncontrolled bar even though the manager was present. An extremely dissapointing decline in a once 'traditional pub'

Good pub, good beers and not too pikey, a first for Trow!

This is a really good, little local pub, if you can put up with the bar staff. It's not cheap, but the atmosphere is good (at weekends anyway) and the food has improved in recent months. The mother and daughter team behind the bar can be seriously moody and very off with people if they are having a bad day. Often seem to cheer up if you are in a big group and spending lots of money...
If you can put up with Mrs and Miss Stroppy behind the bar it's well worth a visit

Think this pub must have cahnged hands - sticky tables and used glasses over all the vacant tables - never used to be like this!
