Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Nice pub, not too busy, one of the better 'spoons in my opinion. Might be different in the evenings, though.

Undesirable clientele in the evening. Well avoidable. (Review based on one visit - definitely no intention of going in there again!).

Great spoons. Foods always good and hot, Pleasant interior and suprisingly good beer garden. And of course great value for money.
10/10

Been in here a couple of times when passing through 'Kirton' and don't have any real complaints. I think you know what to expect really if you go in Wetherspoons. Been served quickly on both visits, guest ale has been pretty good, remember it was Octoberzest on this weeks visit and had a nice fresh wrap for lunch which was served quickly. OK for a quick stop

I now live in Crediton and have to say that this is one of the better wetherspoons that i have been too. The food is of a good standard and is always piping hot (not like some that i have been to) It also doesn't get that busy so getting served and getting a table is never a problem. My only complaint is it does lack a bit of atmoshere and is a bit light for a pub All in all though a good 9/10

Typical Wetherspoons pub okay for lunch but full of oiks in the evenings drinking cheap lager.

Possibly the worse Wetherspoons pub in England: Poor choice of beer - one guest beer if you are lucky. Poorly served beer - often cloudy, too cold by a long way, hideous amount of top pressure used to pour beer that gives it an effect similar to draught Guiness as it settles. Understaffed - often a long wait to be served even when the place is not busy. Food heavily dependent on who is cooking, it can be anything from tolerable to barely edible. I am really surprised Wetherspoons haven't taken this pub in hand and either restaffed it with people who know what they are doing or closed the place down. None of their places that I have visited are particularly classy but they reach a certain standard whereby they are tolerable and the beer is susually excellent. This place is an appalling exception.
