Yet another 'dining' experience. I think it is time that the site seperated places whcih are primarily 'restaurants' from proper pubs.

Visited as a useful RV before a funeral at Harwood Park. As a visitor it was good to try the three McMullens ales on offer; the AK was my favourite. Returned later for an excellent meal. Staff very friendly and reasonable prices

Beer was good tonight. Pub seemed to have a few people around about 21.15 and then after about half hour it emptied almost completely.
I don't go here very often and haven't eaten here for ages but it seems so nice here so I'm always surprised it's not busy. I think I will come here for a meal very soon to generate a bit of business.

more a restaurant than a pub. nice beer garden, but on the horrifically busy a602. mcmullens beer, so don't expect too much, although things have improved since they moved from the old brewery, i think. food is brake brothers standard; open the packet, microwave, fry, grill. not terrible, though. prices are reasonable, for what it is. staff friendly, but a bit scatty; things can go wrong if busy.

Went there for my dad's birthday on Tuesday night. Had a great meal. Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and polite, food was fresh and nicely cooked. Great value for money. Great value for money.

Went here for Mothers's day meal with my family this yaer. Lovely meal and very reasonably priced the staff are always friendly and efficient.

Very good food and not too expensive, lots of room for personal space round the tables and very polite staff. Main drawback was only 2 ales and they were both McMullens - which I still dislike no matter how many times I try them.
