A nice, clean, village pub, although totally devoid of atmosphere.
The Queen's Arms is saved by having 6 Real Ales on offer, all of which are always in top condition.
Food is available but having only been drinking there I cannot comment on the food.
For the more adventurous drinker there is a seperate games room with darts, pool and fruit machines.
Not a pub to have a riotous night out in but a nice place to ponder the universe over a couple of pints of quality ales.

to be perfectly honest i would NEVER step foot in this pub ever again. The food is extortunatley priced and all i recieved was a slice of processed lamb which had clearly not been throughly defrosted and we were given one bowl of vegetable (carrots and potatoes) between 5 of us. The service from the waitresses was brilliant no problems there, but my problem is with the owner. I have never in my life met such a arrogant rude and obnoxious man before and i hope never to meet anyone like him again. My food was brought out after a 2 hour wait which i think is absolutey unacceptable also it was stone cold in the middle and we didnt have enough vegetables to feed all 5 of us. The owner came out to appologise for the delay and made it clear it was his fault and we were all elligeble for a free drink to compensate which i think is extremelt grateful.BUT when i went to get my free drinks for us all he came out waving his finger shouting at me and being extremely rude calling me all the names under the sun saying i had taken him for a mug. Ithought he was such a rude rude individual and if that is how he wants to treat his customers i am very sure he will not be having many for much longer. The overall outcome, after he had made a fool of myself and himself in front of other customers he admitted he was in the wrong about the drinks and said to me to keep them. So all in all a very nice pub on the outside but on the inside the man running it is rude obnoxious and extremely cheeky i dont in tend on popping in therer any time soon and he knows it

Now under new management again. New management in about a month.
Absolutely excellent service with a varied menu at reasonable prices. Food plentiful and very good quality. Beer quality just as good. Would recommend a visit. Well done to the new management and keep up the good work. I rate this pub 9 out of ten. I never give anyone 10!!

The Queens Arms is under new management! I went for a bar meal last week and it was spot on! The new management were friendly and staff attentive, the food was good and new decor looks great. Well worth a trip.

Reasonable selection of (well-kept) real ales but prices high. Not sure if any are guests but seem to be the same whenever I visit. Smart decor but not much atmosphere, not tried the food.

Range of beers is ok, but pricing is very high for this standard of piblic house. FOod is dire and atmosphere non-existent. Surly and rude attitude of landlord leaves a lot to be desired.

Friendly efficient service. Eight guest beers and very good range of tasty sandwiches.
