Three Hullats, Chapel Allertonback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
Quite small by Wetherspoons standards but it's a comfortable place which looks like it was an interesting building in it's past life. It has the usual pictures of the area back in the day. They had about 10 hand pumps, with one sporting a real cider. I went for a pint of Naylor's Blonde, a nice pint at 2.45 and very well kept. The pub advertises that they've sold 1015 pints of real ale in the last month. Bar lady seemed quite friendly. Quite a tranquil place, worth a visit if in the area.

This place is good if you like to entertain your kids, trouble is they let them run all over the place with push along toys, even over to the bar area. there use to be a sign which said no children beyond this point but I don't see it any where now. Even when the sign was there people allowed their kids through and the landlord did nothing about it. Clearly they are more interested is selling the food. The bar staff take great pride in throwing bottles into the container from a great distance making a great deal of unecessary noise which we regulars have a problem with. The beer is good, that is when you can get served as there is not enough bar staff, at least not on a busy Saturday night. We have now decided to move onto other pubs in Chapel Allerton, sad as we have been using this pub before Wetherspoons had it.

The last bastion of chapel allerton.

I really miss this pub having moved to London. Lovely big place, always room, well lit with cosy little nooks and crannies. A typical Wetherspoons in some ways. A pint of Stella was 2.50 (subject to change) and beer (and lager) always tip-top condition. The old-boy regular punters shuffled in from about nine in the morning, some dedication. On Saturday nights they made way for families having a meal together before the teenagers left for the wilds of Leeds city centre leaving mum and dad behind. The staff did the kind of job only possible if you really enjoy the job. Always clean and always with a smile. Food was at a good standard. If only all pubs were like this.

Wetherspoons pub so great selection of cheap ale, and ok food. Doesn't have a fantastic atmosphere - not agressive or anythin just a bit dull I'd say.

worth a quick bus ride out of leeds centre to quaff some of the great ales kept here in the nice beer garden, 8/10

Situated on the main road through Chapel Allerton in what used to be the Mexborough Arms. At the present time this is our most regular visited pub. The best Wetherspoons establishment we have experienced over the years. A very ethnically mixed clientele, but then it is situated in what used to be the most ethnically mixed area of Leeds until the rest of the city caught up. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere, the staff here clamp down heavily on any rowdy or aggressive behaviour. Plenty of guest ales, as you would expect from a Wetherspoons pub. At the time of this visit guest ales are priced 1.69 and Carling lager is 1.89. A popular eatery with a large dining and family area.
This pub can be reached from Leeds city centre by the Nos 2, 3, 3A & 46 busses travelling through Chapeltown.

My favourite pub! People may think that if this is true then I'm easily pleased, but I'm not! Show me any other pub in Leeds where you can easily bag a table with a few mates on a Friday or Saturday night, there's no music, the drinks are dirt cheap, the food is reasonable, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the clientele are a friendly mix of different races, ages and backgrounds - if you can, I'll buy you a pint.

This pub used to be called The Mexborough and was a bit of a dive. Now it's a Wetherspoons, and is much nicer
