Plough Inn, Croftback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
I believe that this pub's unfortunate tie up with the nearby Elliott is to end. It has been clear that something needed to change. To be fair things looked up when the (very) smelly green waste recyclers got barred but with no management it has drifted.
Good luck ******d.

Well where do I start???!!!! We've been going to this pub for the last year, we being myself a farmer and my farmer friends all local to the area! previous management have been brilliant this must be said! Since its been under new management (march 2013) we have never been so disappointed! Yes we do smell (not much) but we have been working all day and appreciate a good pint at the end of our busy days, we have always been welcomed by previous management and we spend a good few bob between us which any landlord would be greAtful for..or so one would think! The new 'manager' is obnoxious and rude! After a busy day lat week we went in for our usual pint only to be told we would be served if we drank outside as we 'stank' and he didn't want anybody 'smelly' in his pub that night! This is disgusting! It's a nice little pub don't get me wrong but not a posh place! We are that offended that we reuse to return and will NO LONGER drinking in this bar again! Would not recommend this place anymore to anybody! It's not like business is booming and to think we were willing to spend our money here!
