New tenants Keith and Tricia have turned this pub round. 4 rapidly rotating ales in superb condition including one free of tie handpump for local (not Ringwood) ales. Food is traditional and excellent value. Open all day so get in there!

oh what a change, now a really good pub, with changing guest ales
Was closed for many months, now reopened with a new experienced landlord from a pub near Abingdon, has 4 real ales on, in good nick and always changing, fairley common beers, allthough they make a nice change from the local Ringwood Best.

Disgusting orange juice, dirty sticky tables and lacking atmosphere. Friendly staff though
This pub has gone right down hill since new management have taken over. apparentlly you have to wait for ringwood to settle! cold and misrable, no atmosphere.
A good local pub. Unfortunately, the only real ale is Ringwood Best, which I think is overated. It is, however, unlikely to be replaced because, for some unknown reason, it is very popular with the clientele. Other Ringwood beers are far superior.

quality pub beer and people all at a reasonable price proper pub. Went for Sunday lunch paid 5.00 for a five star meal
Agree with Creek about the beers condition,
Thought it were a tad overpriced too.
Liked the actual pub itself
Ringwood Best wasn't great on Saturday :(

Excellent small pub with well kept Ringwood Best Bitter. Would benefit from an alternative real ale. Book early for Sunday lunches. Very friendly local pub.
Nothing's changed here, apart form the beer, for a good 30 years. Well worth a pint or six.

A proper spit and sawdust drinkers pub! The locals can be a bit rough and ready but on the whole friendly and welcoming. Good beer at a good price.
