This place was closed @ 3.00 pm last Saturday and dosn't look as if it opens any longer.
May have gone the same way as the White Horse

Good pub! good friendly landlady and staff !

Good landlady who has a very warm welcome. Been here when free chips handed out to keep the punters happy, Occasional guest beer. Large outdoor area for smokers and garden for kids. Popular pub in this small town.

Pub my dad used in the 50s when Den Healy was in charge.
I was friendly with Dens daughter Gillian, does she still stay in
wem. I still visit wem once or twice a year,

Yet again another watering hole with,the now all too familliar dated decor /furniture.Is this a WEM thing.don,t be too eager to get there.
