Carbeile Inn, Torpointback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
Two ales on tap when I visited on Saturday: Tribute and another St Austell offering - Dartmoor, which was particularly decent. Pint of that and a pineapple juice came to just over a fiver. Don’t generally like talking about food on this site, as it’s meant to be about beer, but a quick mention, as it was very good. While it wasn’t the busiest (although can feel that way even with a few bodies in as there’s plenty of seating front, back and outside), the new owners are obviously doing a good job.

Good Pub If a bit on the pricey side, nice food and normaly friendly staff, have heard that the landlord is leaving, shame if it's true he's done a good job

We booked rooms here for three nights. the beer was great and food was hearty, we loved it so much we booked a table for eight. Totally recommend this Inn. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the landlord was a Gent. Thanks

Nice place but bloody expensive !

Excellent selection of Cornish ales and the carvery fills even the hungriest person. Out of town so you avoid all the drunken idiots too.

Stayed one night B&B on our way to deepest Cornwall. The room was excellent and a very generous breakfast. The large screen TV spoilt it in the bar as it was on very loud, and no one was watching it. There is a comprehensive menu, and a carvery most nights. The drinking areas are split, there is also a large garden with a kids play area.
