Drovers Inn, East Lintonback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
The Drovers has now been closed since Hogmanay 2007/8. No signs of it reopening soon,in fact nothing happening at all. Another great pub in danger of disappearing. Used to be one of my 'Best pubs in Scotland' too.

Visited here on a Friday night recently while in the area for a wedding. Cosy pub. Very friendly service. Well-kept beer. Tasty food at reasonable prices. No complaints.

I rather like this pub - if you want a well kept pint of cask conditioned beer in a cosy quiet village pub without tv or juke box or bandit this is the place for you!

Unfortunately, since my last posting, the pub has changed hands (in the late winter months). It has, alas, gone downhill now that the new owners have taken over. A real pity. No longer 'one of the best pubs in Scotland'.

Not an enormous range of real ale, but what is available is excellent. It's a perfect place for an evening chatting with friends, sitting by a warm fire and drinking fine brew. The staff are very friendly and the clientele like-wise. It's probably one of the best pubs in Scotland and that's not said lightly. Marvellous stuff !

a gem of a pub, full of character. Real ales are superbly kept. Around 5+ on and very varied from all over the UK. Beer lovers go here.
