I have just been appointed as new Kitchen Manager for The Old Farmhouse, and I am aware that there has been problems in the past which I will do my upmost to correct, including waiting times & food quality. Please accept my appology for any bad experiences you have had Kieth, and I hope that you will come and visit us again so we can change your opinion.

Nice refit but otherwise dire. My beer was flat, my food had been sitting under the hot plate for quite some time and woudn't have been great n the first place. My wifes fishcakes were cold, no doubt because they were frozen. Had to ask to get the high chair cleaned (two available, both dirty). Staff indifferent. Garden? a piece of grass on the main road. Provision for smokers is outside the main entrance so you have to walk through the smoke to get in. No wonder the place was almost empty

ok pub, ideal for meeting old friends, food ok, feel for staff when busy and land lady just sits watching when could help. took 20 minutes to get served on friday as they ran out of glasses

Alright pub in totton, 1 of my local haunts. Good crowd and friendly bar staff even if the manager is strict about closing time. Food there is also fairly good and a pretty good selection of all the usual drinks.

Saturday Nights: Loud music, young people, Large pub.
Some Real Ale is served.
OK food, but it does have the appearance of chain-pub food.
No real opinion of the staff.

The farmhouse is okay but more an older persons pub really, not knocking it, but its nice if you want a nice family meal or you are into quiet pubs. Not been there much, might have changed since i last went. Food is ok though.

I havent been here for a while used to go here alot when I was first 18. Back then it had a young crowd, video jukebox.
