Went in last week while waiting for the train at Cheshunt. Close to the station and looks more inviting than the The Red Cow or Windmill which are opposite. Appeared clean and tidy inside. The pint of McMullens was OK although it had a little sediment. Altogether averagely acceptable.

mc mullens pub ,nothing else to say but mc mullens pub

Fairly basic McMullens pub, but the staff were friendly enough and the 'Cask' was on good form. Somewhat better than the current rating of 4.6 suggests.

jodie stone was in there the other nite and it was a fantastic nite xx

haven't been in this pub in ages but when i walk past from wot i can see not much has changed.

Surprised to see some of these comments.Because I normally find Mc Mullens pubs well worth the visit. But did find the Maltsters a bit scruffy. The night I was in there 2 lousy dogs were rolling around on the tired carpets. But can report the ale was drinkable

Good beer - but the exterior is filthy; fag butts, empty bottles, broken glass, crisp packets, chalk boards advertising World cup qualifying matches from 2002, dead Karaoke singers you name it. Wait long enough and it'll drop dead at your feet. Even the Tesco staff avoid it and walk another 100 yards to drop their guts in the Red Cow in preference. Nice friendly warning signs in the car park too. ZZzz

Fantastic pub, the staff are really friendly and funny. There is a juke box, live sport on 3tv's, karaoke machines.

Great pub, super-friendly bar staff, lots to do, quiz machine, jukebox, three tvs showing sports matches. Great place to drink, would recommend it to everyone.
