dads birthday today so thought we would try this place
friendly staff ,landlord gave me dad a free pint ......
6 meals ordered all arrived together clean plates
i think its not long been taken over .. if today was any togo by great pub

Not the pub it once was - it's like drinking in a motorway service station now. A great pub - ruined.

used to be great pub. new grumpy landlord as taken off warstiener and food seems only available when he feels like it. dont bother trying it out.

Decent enough pub. Friendly staff and friendly clientelle and a couple of real ales. Handy for the football ground too.
