Used to enjoy the bar billiards there, but sadly no table now.

I have only been to The Norfolk's public bar once for a drink but I have to say I really enjoyed myself. The beer was good and the regulars were really friendly. We got chatting to a couple and then we were treated like an old friend. This is a really good community pub but I agree about the TV being very loud. The bar is large enough to play pool without hitting people by accident. The only criticism is that there was one bar man serving on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I would definitely go again.

Not really my type of pub, large screens with the F1 blasting out and no one watching, very poor typical Hall and Woodhouse beers and kids running about can't say i'll be rushing back in a hurry

I think it is better, and friendlier, than it was. Beer was fine. It is probably just too big for its own good, but at least that means there is room around the pool table.

Made to feel very unwelcome. Wouldn't bother going here again.

Under new management, with changes that have made the pub far better. Whilst the renowned "cliquey" regulars are still there, theres no "unwelcome" feeling to new punters as before. The new landlords are fantastic, the pub is far more child friendly than before, great food and new screens for sports. And ultimately, the pub has started to shake off its previous reputation.

Not very children friendly, unless over the age of 21. Couldnt watch football, went to The Star in Roffey down the road. Lovely family run pub, child friendly, relaxed atmosphere, had a great time.

this was my local two years ago.. always felt uncomfortable in there lot of clicky locals

Not a bad pub I suppose. Reasonably well-kept Hall and Woodhouse ales are a plus point, although it is rather smokey and lacking in atmosphere. Much better than The Star at Roffey Shops, however.
