Not a great deal going on in here, Pool table, music box and OK beer. Friendly staff and dog too. Busier later on in the evening.

Popped in for a beer and pastie, Hall & Woodhouse beers, just 2 on. The barman was chatty and pleasant and the garden is a bit of a haven. The pastie was ropey though. Average sort of place.

last time a took a visit to this pub there was atmosphere, what has happened to the pubs around here? beer ok ish. i had lunch it was ok... but nothing to get excited about. the staff wearnt interested in serving or even being a little polite. all in all there are much better pubs around!

Whats happend to this Pub, its a right boring dump or should i say a white boring dump

More pricey than the antelope next door but better ale(badger vs g king), beautiful walled beer garden though certainly gives this a well deserved 9/10

Its a nice pub, but if you eat in the main part of the pub at the front, watch out for the freaks that either work or are getting a tatoo they dont mix with food, beers quiet good, bar staff are a good laugh, a really nice garden with not a lot out there.

I had a good laugh in here, there is a massive garden hidden at the back

Pub used to have a really nice atmosphere, its now dead, where have all the locals gone? The menu is mostly fried food nothing of interest, beer is well kept, but some really dire customers i think they come from the tatoo shop across the road

A nicely laid out pub with a massive beer garden - apparently the only beer garden in Poole.
