Went in here once and was a bit spartan. Still, another pub lost. Pity.

What's happened to this pub? It is no longer open to the public! Is it no longer a pub??

Traditional pub with log fire, albeit not in the restaurant, which was cold to sit in. The food is basic pub fare, very generous helpings, that even I struggled to manage. Friendly helpful staff and well kept Harvey's beer.

Taken by friends for a meal. Very disappointed with quality of food and choice of ales. Next visit will go elsewhere!

There is always have an excellent choice of very well kept real ales that change on a regular basis.
Food: very good value, basic pub food with the addition of a new pizza menu � you won�t go hungry!

Pub Changed hands late 2006 . Too many beers considering slow turnover . Food not very good . sometimes does not seem to even open !
